Annual Progress Report

Whipps Cross Hospital – IDF Annual Progress Report (2023, 2024, 2025)
Commissioned by Barts Health NHS Trust – a series of interactive PDFs reports on the Integrated Delivery Framework.
 I designed three editions (2023, 2024 and 2025), structuring complex content –governance, KPIs, modelling and themed programmes – into a clear, screen-first document. I created the infographics and data visuals, redrew charts for clarity, integrated stock illustrations and built interactive navigation so readers can move quickly between sections. 
Format: interactive PDF designed for online reading, with print-friendly styling as needed.
