Annual Report, Accounts and Quality Account 2022–23
North Mid’s 200‑page annual report is a large, regulated publication spanning the Trust’s strategy, performance, finance and quality account.
I designed a clear document that makes dense content easy to navigate and reference, with consistent hierarchy across forewords, themed sections, KPIs, audited financials, and the statutory Quality Account.
This project involved structuring long‑form copy, laying out complex tables and charts to NHS style expectations and creating infographics. I also balanced accessibility and brand: generous spacing, logical heading structure, and print‑friendly colour choices, while keeping North Mid’s look and feel.
